All of our pastries are made here by our bakers every morning.  We use organic and whole grains in everything we make, including some vegan and made-without-gluten options.  We seek to make pastries from whole grains that don’t feel heavy or grainy, maintaining a light and moist crumb in our cookies, muffins, scones, and breads.


Our use of locally grown & locally milled flours make for fresher products and a smaller carbon footprint (check out Camas Country Mill on our Friends & Suppliers page).
